Thread Lift Before and After Photos
These thread lift photos are shown with the permission of the patients treated, and no patient is named or identified. They show the lifting effect threads can have on the cheeks, jowls and neck, often photographed before treatment, immediately after, and again around 6 weeks once collagen stimulation has taken hold. Every face responds differently, so these photos are a guide rather than a promise of any particular result.

Yes. Every photo is of a patient who has had thread lifting at the clinic with Dr Patti Piper, used only with that patient's permission. No patient is named, and any photo shown is chosen so the person cannot be identified.
Most patients see the lifting effect last up to 2 years, though this varies with the number of threads placed and individual factors such as skin quality and ageing. Full detail on the procedure, what to expect, and cost is covered on the thread lifting page.
Photos are typically taken before treatment, immediately afterwards, and at follow-up points such as 6 weeks, one year and two years, so both the immediate lift and the longer-term collagen effect can be seen. Not every patient is photographed at every stage.
